Please log into Member Login, click on to “Member Login”. Enter your Member ID, Password and Captcha Code.

Your Member ID will be sent to your mobile number registered in our system during your registration.

Please click onto the “Forgot password”, fill in your Member ID and email address (must be similar to the registered email address during your member registration). System will send you a new password to your email address. Or maybe you could reach our customer service officer during office hours (10.00am – 6.00pm) at 03-3885 7018.

You may contact our customer service during office hours (10.00am – 6.00pm) and we will help to resolve your problem.

Login password is very important as you are the only authorized person to log into your our member area to view all information. PIN is equally important because you need it for all transactions in your member area.

It will be sent to your registered mobile number once your member registration is completed.

After you log into member area, go to -> Profile -> Change Password -> Enter Existing Password -> Enter New Password -> Re-enter New Password -> Confirm -> Save.

After you log into member area, go to -> Profile -> Change PIN -> Enter Existing PIN -> Enter New PIN -> Re-enter New PIN -> Confirm -> Save.

After you log into your member area, go to -> Edit Profile -> Enter -> Next Page -> Upon Update completion -> Save

After you log into member area, go to -> Profile -> Edit Bank Information -> Enter PIN -> Next Page -> Upon Update completion -> Save.

After you log into member area, go to -> E-wallet Statement.

After you log into member area, go to -> E-Wallet -> Withdrawal -> Enter the amount to be withdrawn -> Enter PIN -> Withdraw
Note that the minimum withdrawal is £20 and there will be processing fees for each withdrawal. Closing date for each month withdrawal is 5th and 20th.

After you log into member area, go to -> Operation -> Network Tree.
From there you can check your group monthly sales production.
After you log into member area, go to -> Operation -> Sponsor Chart.
It shows all the members sponsored by yourself.

When a member E-wallet has sufficient amount to do maintain, system will do auto maintain on his/her behalf. This enable the member to concentrate on their sales without worrying of their monthly maintain.

When your E-wallet account has insufficient funds to do auto maintenance, you may need to do the maintenance manually via your member area.

Other than withdraw your e-wallet amount to your own bank account, the bonuses in member’s E-wallet can be used to exchange to Smart Wallet and pay for company events tickets and training.

PRP is Pounds Register Points and is needed when you are doing a new member registration or repurchase any of our products including when you do maintain

After log into member area, go to -> Wallet -> M-wallet -> Exchange Smart Wallet->  Fill in the amount and enter your PIN -> Confirm
